It is right next to Lowes in the new white brick shopping center! I ship daily all over the US! Items ship within 2-3 business days that are in stock! You will receive an email once your order has been pulled and ready for in store pick up. Please pick up at the counter.
Store Policies
All items are non-refundable, store credit will be given in some circumstances. You are welcome to exchange items that are unworn, in the condition sold for up to 14 days after purchase. We do not accept returns/exchanges on worn items, damaged items, items that smell like smoke, earrings, bath products, clearance, door busters. All tags must be attached! If you need to exchange items by mail, shipping costs back to me are your responsibility.
CLEARANCE items are always FINAL SALE, this means non-returnable and non-exchangable. Holiday Specialty Items are non returnable/non exchangable: These holidays include: Valentines, Easter, Strawberry fest, Patriotic, Back to school, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. FLASH Sale items are also all final sale.
Shipping
All items that are in stock ship out within 2-3 business days! I ship via USPS and always provide tracking. During the holiday season and large releases, ship times may differ. Also, due to Covid sometimes there are shipping delays beyond our control. Please note we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. If your package is lost please contact USPS with the tracking number emailed to you.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
IN STORE PICK UP
**All items not picked up 90 days from purchase period will be canceled and donated. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits given for items not picked up.**
CONDITION OF USE
We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Light of Mine products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Light of Mine accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.
MASKS
These masks are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
